Our communities are full of opportunities to show up for each other.

To lend a hand. To say thank you. To do a good deed. To Help.

WE EXIST BECAUSE WE BELIEVE

HELPING OTHERS SHOULD BE AS EASY AS ORDERING A PACKAGE.

Communities are already made up of people and businesses willing to show up for one another. These principles shape how we build the systems that make that easier.

GOOD COMMUNITIES ARE BUILT BY PEOPLE LOOKING OUT FOR EACH OTHER.

The people teaching our kids. Fixing our cars. Caring for our families. Growing and serving our food. Building our homes. Running our businesses. Showing up to work every day.

These are the people who keep our communities moving. And when people and local businesses have better ways to show up for one another, the whole community gets stronger.

HOW WE HELP

TURNING GOOD INTENTIONS INTO GOOD DEEDS.

01 / DIRECT ACT

LOCAL
GOOD DEEDS

One practical thing can make a meaningful difference.

A neighbor receives help at a local auto shop.

SOMETIMES ONE PRACTICAL THING IS ENOUGH.

Local Good Deeds are direct acts of useful help built around a specific need or meaningful opportunity for appreciation. Capital, time, skills, products, or services can all help get one practical thing done.

A repair · work essentials · a meal · a professional service · an act of appreciation

02 / ORGANIZED PARTICIPATION

HELPER
ACTIVATIONS

People showing up together around one clear plan.

Community volunteers prepare school meal kits together.

SOMETIMES HELPING WORKS BETTER TOGETHER.

Helper Activations organize Helpers, employees, businesses, and community partners around a clear opportunity to participate. ToH handles the coordination so people can focus on showing up and being useful.

Meal-kit builds · school projects · community workdays · youth activities

03 / COORDINATED PROJECT

HELP
PROJECTS

Some needs take more people, resources, and follow-through.

Volunteers improve a neighborhood playground together.

SOMETIMES THE NEED IS BIGGER THAN ONE ACTION.

Help Projects bring together Capital, capacity, partners, planning, and follow-through around larger or multi-step community needs. ToH helps organize the pieces so meaningful work can move from idea to completion.

EARNED LOCAL RECOGNITION

A BADGE THAT MEANS SOMETHING.

Joining LGDC means choosing to do business a little differently. You’re helping build a movement around a simple idea: thriving businesses and thriving communities can strengthen one another. With the right systems, moments of need—and moments worth appreciating—become opportunities for Kindness, Gratitude, and real local action. The Local Good Deeds Coalition Badge gives that participation a visible identity: something customers, employees, and neighbors can recognize, ask about, and follow back to the Good Deeds behind it.

Membership brings you into the coalition. Your first qualifying verified action earns the badge.

EARN IT THROUGH ACTION

Joining puts your business in the coalition. Showing up earns the mark. Your first qualifying verified action earns the LGDC Badge.

MAKE THE GOOD VISIBLE

Good work shouldn’t have to disappear when the moment ends. Storefront and digital badge assets give real participation a recognizable presence in the places your customers, employees, and neighbors already are.

GIVE PEOPLE SOMETHING REAL TO FOLLOW

The badge is designed to connect people to the Good Deeds, approved stories, contributions, and participation history behind it—so visibility stays tied to what actually happened.

THE BADGE STARTS WITH REAL ACTION. THE STORY GROWS FROM THERE.
