REAL + LOCAL + VISIBLE ENGAGEMENT

WE’RE TURNING GOOD DEEDS INTO GOOD MOMENTUM.

Good things have a way of traveling. A real act of kindness or gratitude can keep moving even after the moment itself: a story gets shared, a customer asks about it, an employee wants in on the next one, another business decides to show up. Team of Helpers organizes the action, documents what happened, and turns real local moments into polished stories that are truly worth sharing so one Good Deed can help spark the next.

These examples illustrate the kind of human connection and shareable storytelling that inspires our approach. They are not Team of Helpers projects or member results.

Imagine what this could look like in your community, with your people part of it.

Talk to Us About Good Deeds

THREE WAYS ACTION TAKES SHAPE

A STRUCTURED WAY TO SHOW UP.

Our system organizes local action into three clear forms, making it easier to plan the right response and bring the right resources together. Team of Helpers finds and verifies local opportunities for kindness and gratitude, then we organize the right mix of funding, people, skills, services, and partners to make something meaningful happen.

01 — LOCAL GOOD DEED

Focused Response

A practical response to one verified local opportunity for kindness or gratitude. Usually focused, personal, and built around making something useful or meaningful happen.

People assembling school meal kits together.

02 — HELPER ACTIVATION

Shared Participation

An organized opportunity for businesses, employees, Helpers, and community partners to show up together. Sometimes an Activation creates one Good Deed. Sometimes several. Sometimes the shared experience itself is the point.

People working together on a community playground.

03 — HELP PROJECT

Coordinated Scale

A larger effort that takes more time, resources, collaboration, or planning to move forward—bringing multiple people and organizations together around a meaningful local priority.

PARTICIPATION STYLES

WE MANAGE THE WORK. PARTICIPATION FITS YOUR TEAM.

Managed, Team-Involved, and Hands-On are flexible participation styles, not membership tiers. Use the mix that fits each opportunity, your interests, and your capacity. Your Dedicated Impact Manager keeps the planning, coordination, and follow-through moving throughout.

Stay light on implementation.

Your business provides perspective and stays informed while ToH carries the action forward. Approved stories and updates help your team share in the experience.

THE MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE

A REAL PERSON. A CLEAR PLAN. DOCUMENTED FOLLOW-THROUGH.

Your Dedicated Impact Manager learns your business, finds relevant opportunities, and coordinates the work through completion. You receive documented action, reporting, and Ready-to-Share Content—one accountable relationship, backed by Team of Helpers.

01 / 04

Read the four stages below.

01 / PERSONAL ONBOARDING

WE LEARN YOUR BUSINESS AND BUILD A PLAN AROUND IT.

Your Dedicated Impact Manager gets to know your business—its priorities, people, location, schedule, interests, useful resources, and how you prefer to participate. We turn that understanding into a practical starting plan designed around the business you actually run.

02 / RELEVANT OPPORTUNITIES

WE FIND, VERIFY, AND BRING OPPORTUNITIES TO YOU.

Through local relationships, community listening, research, and verification, Team of Helpers actively develops worthwhile opportunities for Kindness and Gratitude. We bring the ones that fit your business and its people forward, so you don't have to go searching for projects or create your own community-engagement calendar.

03 / MANAGED ACTION

WE ORGANIZE THE ACTION AND SEE IT THROUGH.

We plan the response, connect people and resources, coordinate the work, and follow through. Your participation can flex between Managed, Team-Involved, and Hands-On. Approved invitations and reminders make it easier for employees to join when it fits.

04 / READY-TO-SHARE CONTENT

WE DELIVER THE STORY, READY TO SHARE.

Receive a verified action summary, a ready-to-use caption and shorter alternative, accurate credits, usage guidance, and shareable links. When available and approved, photos or video bring the moment to life. Share with customers or internally, so colleagues can connect with the story even when they were not there.

Media depends on availability and consent. Custom production allowances are confirmed in your membership scope. Impact history and reporting preserve what happened and your business’s verified role.

Good work shouldn’t have to disappear when the moment ends. Storefront and digital badge assets give real participation a recognizable presence in the places your customers, employees, and neighbors already are.

MEMBERSHIP & SHARED IMPACT

WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING

A stronger community helps create stronger businesses. Stronger businesses have greater capacity and incentive to strengthen their communities. LGDC makes that relationship practical: genuine Kindness and Gratitude, managed by ToH, with documented action that people can recognize and connect with.

GOOD FOR PEOPLE. GOOD FOR COMMUNITY. GOOD FOR BUSINESS. THEY DON’T HAVE TO COMPETE.

LOCAL MEMBERS → SHARED CAPACITY → TOH COORDINATION → VERIFIED LOCAL ACTION

Members bring funding, skills, services, people, and local relationships. ToH brings them together and follows through. The resulting goodwill, trust, and shared pride can give businesses and their teams more reason to keep showing up.

GOODWILL OUTSIDE YOUR BUSINESS.

Real Good Deeds happen. Meaningful action creates opportunities for relationships, trust, and earned recognition—giving people a real reason to connect with your business.

PRIDE INSIDE YOUR TEAM.

Shared experiences can nurture workplace pride, belonging, and stronger bonds between colleagues. ToH supplies approved invitations and follow-up stories, so employees can take part when it fits—or share in the pride through the story afterward.

THE TOH SYSTEM

IT TAKES BOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND REAL LOCAL RESOURCES.

The ToH System turns opportunities for Kindness and Gratitude into researched, coordinated, and documented local action. LGDC membership supports that work in two distinct ways: one funds the system that makes it possible, while the other provides dedicated resources for meaningful community impact.

RUNS THE TOH SYSTEM

MANAGEMENT FEE

Funds the dedicated team, research, coordination, documentation, content, and member services behind the work.

Learn More

The Management Fee pays Team of Helpers to operate the ToH System. It covers research, verification, planning, coordination, your Dedicated Impact Manager, technology, member support, reporting, and approved ready-to-share content within membership allowances.

POWERS LOCAL IMPACT

COMMUNITY IMPACT CONTRIBUTION

Provides resources reserved for qualified local action organized through the ToH System.

Learn More

The Community Impact Contribution is tracked separately and restricted to qualified community impact. It does not fund ordinary ToH operating costs. Members receive reporting on the allocation and use of these resources.

Payment & Membership Details

Membership carries a 12-month commitment, normally billed monthly. The Year 1 view is a cost comparison, not a payment schedule or an upfront discount offer.

The monthly minimum combines the Management Fee and minimum CIC. First-year totals also include the $150 Joining Fee. The $99 annual membership fee begins in year 2. Collection timing and individual membership terms are confirmed before enrollment.

Only Kennan Walay or June may authorize a Joining Fee or annual fee waiver. No waiver is assumed in these totals.

Higher CIC and approved employee blocks increase the total. Additional blocks cover employees beyond the included limits; they are not per-employee prices. Covered employee count includes employees whether or not they participate.

Annual company-specific coordination and custom-content allowances remain subject to confirmation. Public Member Impact Profile presentation and Open Ledger availability should not be inferred from a sample preview.

CIC payments are not charitable contributions, and Team of Helpers does not issue charitable tax receipts for CIC payments. Businesses should consult their own tax advisers regarding treatment of membership expenses.

Applying begins a conversation. Founding 50 is a designation, not an automatic discount or fee waiver.
